Description/Job Summary

Answer incoming calls from Providers/customers and take orders


•Maintain standard 5S expectations
•Focus on continuous improvement and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
•Answer incoming calls to Customer Service Representative’s direct line and the Customer Service queue
•Take orders from Providers or Sales Representatives
•Enter orders taken via the phone
•Handle order cancels and re-enters
•Assist with hot rush orders, product quotes, return calls, and voice mail
•Work effectively with all departments to exceed internal and external expectations
•Stealth Products retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

Required Skills

•Must be a team player, professional, highly detail-oriented, and honest
Must have the ability to:
•Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment

Must have:
•Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
•Excellent phone etiquette skills
•Excellent web navigation skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Required Experience

•At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service environment

Preferred Experience

•Current or previous successful employment experience with Stealth Products

Required Education

•High School Diploma or GED
