Description/Job Summary

To produce accurate and timely documentation that will serve to educate and inform customers of Stealth products and parts


•Perform document content research and multi-task with technical illustrators, engineers, Product Management, Production, and Technical Service
•Compile and maintain electronic, mechanical, and safety information for use in all forms of technical documentation including owner's manuals, technical instructions, and any other document that is necessary for the technical and operational support of our products and component parts
•Perform departmental process audits
•Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
•Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
•Work effectively with all Stealth departments to exceed internal and external expectations
•Stealth retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

•Must be a team player, professional, detail-oriented, and honest

Must have the ability to:
•Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
•Read and comprehend work instructions and Bills of Materials (BOM’s)
•Identify mechanical and electrical parts and hardware
•Use a digital camera

Must have:
•Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement
•Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Publisher
•Excellent web navigation skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Basic mathematical skills

Required Experience

•At least 1 year of writing experience or technical/publication document management in a professional environment

Preferred Experience

•Adobe Desktop Publishing Software experience preferred
•Electronic, electrical or mechanical specialty experience preferred
•Current or previous successful employment experience with Stealth

Required Education

•High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Education

•Associate’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other technical discipline
