Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of CNC Machining and Fabrication departments to achieve production objectives in a safe, quality conscious and cost effective manner
•Daily management of production personnel, orders and equipment to ensure timely completion •Coordinate the development of CNC and Fabrication Operators and other team members by participating in their selection, training, coaching and evaluation of performance •Support and lead Lean Continuous Improvement efforts and consistently demonstrate good business judgment •Ensure routine maintenance of equipment is completed in a timely manner and proactively mitigate the potential of problematic events •Coordinate with other shifts to ensure department goals are met •Work with Scheduling department and provide feedback using Jobpack scheduling and Navision ERP systems to ensure production is scheduled to meet customer demands •Ensure compliance to all related Quality Management System requirements •Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management •Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment •Work effectively with all Stealth departments to exceed internal and external expectations •Stealth retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

Must have the ability to: •Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment •Quickly learn new applications •Read technical drawings and work to technical specifications in a team environment •Understand and communicate operation of CNC machines and fabrication equipment •Lift/push/pull up to 45 lbs.
Must have: •Good verbal and written communication skills •Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel •A willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methods •A proficiency with precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gages
•3 years of hands on CNC machining/fabrication experience
•2 years of hands on supervisory CNC machining/fabrication experience •Current or previous successful employment experience with Stealth Products
•High School Diploma or GED
•Associate’s Degree in a manufacturing, technical or business related field
