Description/Job Summary

Oversees and manages overall design, planning, execution, control, and monitoring of supply chain and logistics operations to maximize efficiency, productivity, quality, and minimize cost of Stealth Products’ Supply chain while providing on-time deliveries for all products to internal and external customers

Responsibilities/Duties

•Oversee Sourcing, Logistics, Inventory Control, Product Data Management (PDM), Purchasing, and Shipping activities to ensure requirements and goals align with company objectives for quality, efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction practices
•Provide and maintain key performance indicators for all Supply Chain sub-departments and balance or adjust priorities and resources to maintain departmental objectives
•Provide visibility and standardization of job requirements for all members of supply chain
•Serve as primary interface for all Stealth departments for Supply chain needs
•Staff management including documenting and communicating objectives, positively impacting employee morale, motivating team members, conducting performance appraisals, and appropriately addressing individual or group performance issues
•Assign, train, and develop staff based on experience and departmental goals
•Develop goals and objectives, and measure outcomes to ensure goals are met
•Develop a "Strong 2nd" for your area of responsibility
•Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
•Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
•Work effectively with all Stealth departments to exceed internal and external expectations
•Stealth retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

•Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Navision
•Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
•A willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methods

Required Experience

•3 years of experience in an inventory and/or warehouse management environment
•Experience managing a team of at least 3 employees

Preferred Experience

•Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience
•Current or previous successful employment experience with Stealth Products

Required Education

•Bachelor’s Degree a Business, Technical or Education related field OR an Associate’s Degree with at least 6 years of experience the required experience or a High School Diploma or GED with 12 years of the required experience

Preferred Education

•Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field, OR Associate’s Degree with at 6 years of experience in Supply Chain/Purchasing
